1. Be a Nigerian citizen with ancestral ties to or residency in Abia State.

2. Be enrolled in a Nigerian higher institution (university, polytechnic, or equivalent).

3. Have completed their 100-level second-semester examinations and progressing to 200-level with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 (on a 5.0 scale).

4. Direct entry students admitted into 200-level and still in their second year by April 2025 are also eligible.
